Advance Tickets

AT THE DOOR: Starting when the doors open at 7:30 p.m. Seating is first come, first served.

IN ADVANCE: Tickets purchased online puts your name on a pre-paid or “will-call” list at the door of the show. We do not mail tickets; your name is placed on a pre-paid list at the door! Advance sales will be closed at 4 p.m. on Saturday the day of the show. Tickets will be available at the door. All sales are final. No refunds.

16 & Under Tickets: For children and teens accompanying advance sale patrons, tickets are free with the purchase of an adult ticket. The limit is two 16 & under tickets per adult purchase.

Our Advance Ticket Seating Policy

We will ALWAYS hold prepaid seats until 7:50 PM. In case of a sold-out show, when there are attendees who would otherwise be turned away, we MAY release prepaid seats after 7:50 PM. Any prepaid patrons who arrive late and who are unable to be seated will be given the opportunity to stand, or will be given a refund.

Regularly priced tickets may be purchased the night of the show when doors open at 7:30 p.m. All advance sale ticket prices include a service fee imposed by the ticketing service, not by the Rose Garden.
